Food was amazing! My significant other and I split an entree and they brought it out on two separate plates for us so that it was easier to share. The tiramisu was some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait for us to come back here.
First time at Via Baci was overall a nice experience. Service was good. We had eggplant parmesan, kale salad with salmon, and salmon with vegetable hash. The flavors of the salad, salmon and hash dish were excellent. I enjoyed the eggplant parmesan but I thought it could be better, I noticed the salt flavor more than any eggplant flavor. The herb bread wasn't anything special and it got cold fairly fast so we didn't eat it. I am picky when it comes to bread. If it isn't great I won't bother eating it. The space was a bit cool and slightly loud due to acoustics.
Gaila and I are out for lunch. No problems with bringing Gaila, my service dog in and being seated inside, yay. The lemon Parmesan Broccoli appetizer was amazing! I enjoyed the food and my time at Via Baci. Gaila liked the bread too!

We decided to try something new today and what a wonderful surprise! When we walked in we noticed a clean atmosphere that looked simple but sometimes that works. We were seated at a window table with a view and a booth. The receptionist was cute as a bug and our waitress was sweet and mentioned she was training a newbie who would service our table (she was perfect). We both chose a signature dish... The Rosemary Chicken with separate cocktails (mine the signature martini and my spouse his usual, a manhatan). Our water was refilled as needed and then our food came out. What a great presentation and the best chicken we have had severed anywhere but at home. They must used a Sou Vide because it was so tender and juicy with a great light grill color and flavor. The asparagus was perfect too! The noodles were seasoned with fresh cooked garlic and the best olive oil. We had some of their signature crispy bread that came with the meal... Spectacular! The Martini (dirty) that I ordered was also a signature drink with Gorgonzola stuffed olives and truffle salt... Wow! Check out the picture of my food. So surprised for the lunch I was so happy with. Great service and wonderful food... What else can you ask for? We will definately return. So happy we tried something new! Thank you Via Baci! We have a new place to go! Very impressed. *** We went back in the same week *** We had to check to see if the Rosemary Chicken would be as good as the first time and it was EVEN BETTER!! The second time we both had the Rosemary Chicken, Blood Orange Margaritas, their Burrata for an appetizer & the house made Tiramisu for desert. Adding pictures.
Amazing seasonal special Fig and Pig Ravioli! Head in while still available. If not on the menu order the salmon. Also amazing and always excellent! Can't miss with either of these.
